**A purpose driven role for you**
- To design and develop battery management systems for a range of electric two wheelers. The role involves designing advanced BMS to ensure safety, reliability and performance of multiple battery platforms having
cells with different chemistry and packages. Interact with multiple teams within R&D and external stakeholders to manage operations of the BMS development.

**A Day in the life**
- Design and manage the new BMS platforms.
- Manage existing BMS platform

**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- BTech/MTech in Electronics, Computer Science or equivalent. Advanced Qualifications are an advantage.

**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Sound knowledge of BMS development and algorithms
Embedded software design and development using MALTAB and C

Hands on Experience in Software requirement generation and
management using tools like code beamer, DOORS etc.
Hands-on experience in Application software testing
environments using Vector cast, Reactis, MIL-SIL comparison etc.

Understanding of Automotive Standards & Functional Safety.
E.g. ISO 26262, MISRA Quality of software, MAAB (M automotive advisory board)

Hands on Experience in VECTOR tools like CANOE, CAPL etc
Sound knowledge of development and operation methods related to agile software, V-model
Exceptional experience in the field of software,
Experience of working in ASPICE process capability maturity
model, good experience in V-model development process.
Ability to work through RCA (why why, 8D, Ishikawa etc) is a plus

Static Testing tool experience

Knowledge on SW build environment, Compliers & MAKE files.

Knowledge of BMS HiL and plant models
