JOB PURPOSE

To carry out User Acceptance Tests for Processes and Products to ensure error free configurations and roll out of products, services, workflows and new system designs/features for internal and external customers

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for new projects/requirements raised by the Customer Service Team
- Recognizing the need, documenting and presenting to the IT Management Team.
- Responsible for the operational quality of new projects/ changes / enhancements
- Proactively examine the day-to-day operations of the UAT teams and the services offered.
- Sharing the Feedback / suggestions on better business practice.
- Preparation and review of Test Cases before initiation of the testing, to ensure error free deployment
- Accountable for UAT planning, strategizing and releasing UAT calendar / Schedule
- UAT Defect tracker management and publishing to all the stake holders
- Quality, Coverage & Timeline adherence in delivery of IT testing Requirements
- Collaborate with Tata Sky Broadband business team & IT IS (TCS team) with an intent to deliver the IT UAT requirements
- Responsible for publishing weekly report of all the projects with milestone to the management
- Responsible as SPOC for releasing notifications to all stakeholders on all Major releases
- Responsible for user access management
- Analyzing the impact in depth of all Major projects postproduction movement and publishing the report to all senior management.
- Ensure the offers, Plans, and projects are made available to key users within TAT.
- Key responsibility is to ensure smooth transition from concept to system within timelines for all stakeholders.
- Coordinating with IT(TCS) to set up the UAT environment with the prerequisites.
- Coordinating with IT and partners (billing, payment gateway, IVR, CC, Mobile App, FRT, Sales app, CRM) to troubleshoot and resolve production issues and close loop with relevant team members

- Safeguard the organization’s processes and policies.
- Strict adherence to SOP and the defined processes
- Encourage consistent and continuous compliance is followed by all employees and vendors with safety and regulatory requirements, standards and protocols
- Confirm your actions are compliant as per Information Security Policy

5-7 years in functional domain

Bachelor’s Degree
