**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. User Research**: Conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of our target audience. Utilize various methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.

**2. Wireframing and Prototyping**: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user interactions. Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing to refine the user experience.

**3. UI Design**: Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand identity and enhance usability. Develop UI elements such as icons, buttons, and navigation menus that are intuitive and aesthetically pleasing.

**4. Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions. Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders.

**5. Usability Testing**: Conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions and identify areas for improvement. Analyze user feedback and iterate on designs to optimize the user experience.

**6. Accessibility**: Ensure that designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines to ensure inclusivity and usability for all users, including those with disabilities.

**7. Stay Updated**: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design. Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge to enhance the quality of design deliverables.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and processes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
