**Position: Customer Relationship Executive**

**No. of positions - 2 (Females Only)**

**Location: Pune (Gahunje)**

**Requisites**:

- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- Must have 1-2 years of experience in face-to-face client handling.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling appointments
- Confirming schedule of possession 1 day prior on calls
- Addressing customers queries/concerns while signing possession documents on the day of possession.
- Escorting customers to the respective flats/site visits.
- Preparation of possession documents and consent letters.
- Preparation of MIS for daily/weekly reports.
- Handing over to Post Possession Team post the possession formalities are completed.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
