**Position: AR Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Good understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management
- Handle Inbound and Outbound calls from US clients, excluding sales
- Take in-bound calls from US Patients to fix appointments
- Handle out-bound call to resolves insurance related issues
- Verify the credentials of health care professionals
- Exposure in Denial Management
- Responsible for calling various insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians
- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivables
- Should be able to bring the payment in
- Should be able to guide billing team to avoid the denials and delay in payments

**Desired Skills**:

- Any Graduate from relevant field
- Experience of 1 year in AR Insurance Calling in any Healthcare BPO (Voice Process) - Preferred
- Typing speed should be 25-30 WPM
- Good knowledge of HIPPA, CPT codes, ICD9/10, Appeals, AR Analysis
- Experience of International Calling
- Fresher’s with excellent communication can apply

**Ready to Work in Night shifts Working hours: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (9 Hrs) / 5 days Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat**

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
