Vacancy for Graphic designer for a reputed education institution.

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team.

As a Graphic Designer, you will play an essential role in creating visual content that reflects our values, and brand identity.

You will work closely with our marketing, administrative, and educational staff to develop designs that engage, inform, and inspire students, parents, and the wider community.

*Key Responsibilities:* *

1. Design and Development:* **Create print and digital materials such as posters, banners, newsletters, brochures, and social media content. ** Design materials for school events, presentations, and internal communications. **Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms in line with the school’s branding guidelines.**

**2.Collaboration:* ** Collaborate with teachers, administrative staff, and the marketing team to understand design needs and ensure alignment with the school’s goals. **Work with vendors to ensure quality in printing and material production.**

4.Project Management:* **Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs within set deadlines. ** Maintain organized records of design projects and ensure all work aligns with brand standards.

*5.Innovation and Improvement:* **Stay updated with design trends, software, and technology to keep content fresh and appealing. ** Regularly review and improve design processes to enhance productivity and visual output quality.

*Required Qualifications:

- 1. Preferred bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

2. 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a background in education.

3. Proficiency in design software such as Corel Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

4. Knowledge of social media platforms and web design basics is a plus. *

Skills and Competencies:

- 1. Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.

4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed. *Additional Requirements:*

Location Sushant Golf City, Lucknow.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹340,000.00 per month
