_**Administrative Support**_
- Manage executives’ calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and arrangements.
- Prepare and review correspondence, presentations, and reports for the executive team.
- Draft, format, and proofread documents and communications.
- **Communication & Coordination**_
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas for meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events for the executive team, ensuring smooth operations.
- **Project Management**_
- Assist with managing special projects as required, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met.
- Track progress of ongoing projects, providing regular updates to executives.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, and reports.
- **Office Management & Coordination**_
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring executives have the necessary tools to work efficiently.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
- Handle confidential information and materials with discretion and professionalism.
- **Other Duties as Assigned**_
- Handle personal tasks or errands for executives when needed (e.g., coordinating personal appointments, making reservations, etc.).
- Assist with other administrative duties as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
