Job Summary

Follow safe working procedure exactly and finish all appointed production process orders with correct records by following the Shop Floor Paper and process exactly, including raw material pouring & mixing and Operate weighing, lifting, mixing, filtration and other associated equipment in the production area. To be able to follow working instructions as formulation and working instruction so that finished product is within the quality and cost parameters as set out by the company.

Responsibility
- Performing all tasks of gathering, charging, blending, packing of materials and collection of batch sample for quality control purposes.
- Perform & record daily check sheets such as scale calibration, HACCP.
- Carry out good housekeeping practices to maintain work areas in a neat and tidy manner.
- Pack product into required packaging and label.
- Comply to all established safety requirements whilst carrying out daily routines.
- Willing to work overtime as the work schedule dictates
- To read & understand the decimal places between shopfloor paper and weighing scale
