**Job Title: Company Auditor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive audits of financial records and processes.
- Analyse day to day of the materials both purchase and sales.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-1A, GSTR-2A, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B).
- Review and analyse GST compliance documentation.
- Identify discrepancies and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with GST laws and regulations to provide informed advice.
- Thoroughly review POC documents, including invoices, receipts, reports, and other supporting materials, to verify completion of specified tasks, milestones, or deliverables.
- Verify that all required documentation is included and properly organized in POC submissions, maintaining a clear audit trail.
- Continuously review and streamline existing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects related to process improvement initiatives. Coordinate resources and activities to achieve project objectives within specified timelines.
- Answering process users’ questions and providing process support for those needing to follow the procedure.
- Addressing any issues that arise with procedures, tools, or people to ensure expected process outcomes are achieved.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an auditor with a focus on GST compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of GST laws and filing procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
