Job Title:* Site Supervisor

*Summary:*

*Responsibilities:*
- Supervise all aspects of construction activities on site
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of work
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and standards
- Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
- Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to the Project Manager
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction.
- Represent the company professionally on site and interact effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's or Master's degree Btech civil,civil engineering,architectural & Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a related construction management role
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, methods, and materials
- Excellent understanding of safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- interior site supervisior: 2 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
