As a Telecaller for Placing IELTS/PTE Trainers, your job description would include the following:
Conduct follow-up calls to clients who have shown interest in hiring trainers but have not yet finalized their decision.

Provide guidance and support to clients in selecting the appropriate trainers for their needs.

Answer inquiries and resolve concerns or issues raised by clients regarding trainer placements.

Work collaboratively with the center's recruitment team to identify suitable trainers for client requirements.

Negotiate fees and contracts with clients on behalf of the center.

Meet or exceed performance targets for trainer placements, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Keep up-to-date with changes to IELTS/PTE test format and guidelines, and other relevant information about the courses and tests.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills,
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with visa regulations, procedures, and requirements
- Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
