A **Tele Sales Executive** is responsible for selling products or services over the phone, building customer relationships.. Their key duties and responsibilities include:
**1. Sales & Lead Generation**
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate sales.
- Follow up on leads and cold calls to convert prospects into customers.
- Promote products/services and explain their benefits to customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

**2. Customer Handling & Relationship Management**
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Address customer complaints or objections professionally and persuasively.

**3. CRM & Database Management**
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM software).
- Keep records of calls, sales, and customer feedback.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences for better targeting.

**4. Communication & Follow-ups**
- Keep customers informed about new promotions, discounts, or product launches.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

**5. Market & Competitor Awareness**
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team for business improvement.

**6. Compliance & Professionalism**
- Adhere to company policies and telemarketing guidelines.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly attitude at all times.
- Follow ethical sales practices and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
