Manages in-room dining operations ensuring that guests receive prompt, accurate, and polite service within hotel rooms.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Take in-room dining orders and confirm details.
- Supervise order preparation and timely delivery.
- Maintain guest satisfaction and collect feedback.
- Train and monitor stewards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams.
**Profile Requirements**:
- Hotel Management or F&B certification.
- 1-2 years in IRD or hospitality roles.
**Skills**:
- Communication and hospitality etiquette.
- Problem-solving and grooming.
- Service speed and order accuracy.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
