**Skills and Qualification-**

1. Minimum graduate

2. They should be willing and able to travel to the areas assigned.

3. They must have good communication skills

4. They should know how to use a smartphone and laptop

5. They should have a mindset for community work.

6. Prior field experience and credentials in the same field will be considered first

7. Have to be working six days a week and be comfortable with flexible working hours.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Regular meetings with women in basis/village to create a strong bond, trust, and awareness.
- Solving their health and civic issues by acting as a facilitator and making them independent.
- Developing and maintaining a good relationship with the district administration and other local stakeholders.
- Membership coordination, membership growth, regular contacts and visits to members in the region, identifying their needs and establish flow of information with the head office.
- Identifying local resources and prepare a directory for ready reference and availability at local and state levels.
- She will be in charge of the implementation, and reporting of activities of the area assigned and will be reporting weekly to the Assigned Authority.
- All documentation must be completed fully for the outreach work to be considered complete. i.e. attendance, budget and bills, and report performance must be filled properly.
- To work on any new initiative decided by SEWA Punjab with the community.
- To identify new areas in the block which require intervention.
- Carry out any other duties as directed by the supervisor and required by the organization.

**Remuneration-**

Rs. 15000/- and Per Month, Negotiable. Depending on the Work experience. Plus additional Travelling expenses will be provided.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
