**About the Role**:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced **CNC Sliding Head Setter/ Operator** to join our growing team. That person will be capable of setting and operating CNC Star Sliding head machines**.**Working within our fast-paced workshop based in Jamnagar, Gujarat you will have a strong background in precision machining and a proven track record of producing high-quality components.
- Program, set up, and operate CNC Star Sliding Head machine **(STAR SB-20)** to produce high-quality components in line with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Perform rigorous quality checks to ensure components meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings to resolve production issues.
- Load materials and ensure the correct tooling and fixture setups are in place.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Document production data, including machine settings, part counts, and any adjustments made.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Sliding Head Setter/Operator or in a similar CNC machining role.
- Strong knowledge of CNC sliding head machines, their operation, and setup.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient with Fanuc Controls
- Experience with CNC/VMC programming and editing is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in programming

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
