**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing sales documents and presentations.
- Coordinate sales activities by following up on sales leads, inquiries, and customer requests.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and relevant data using CRM software.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to support sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- MBA/bachelor's degree in commerce or a related field.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking aptitudes.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles is advantageous.

This role is office-based with no fieldwork involved. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is crucial for success in this position.
