**Job Title: Site Supervisor**

Rock & Green is a dynamic real estate development company committed to creating quality residential projects. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities at our Karjat site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to maintain smooth workflow.
- Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain daily progress reports and communicate updates to the project manager.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely execution of tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision (residential projects preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Must be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
