Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Telecaller Executive. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide information, answer questions, and facilitate communication.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Make Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide information, answer questions, and facilitate communication.

2. Provide Patient Support: Provide emotional support and empathy to patients and families, addressing their concerns and queries.

3. Schedule Appointments: Schedule appointments, procedures, and tests for patients, ensuring accurate and timely communication.

4. Answer Inquiries: Answer patient inquiries regarding hospital services and procedures.

5. Update Patient Records: Update patient records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

6. Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Collaborate with healthcare teams, including doctors and other hospital staff, to ensure seamless communication and patient care.

7. Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain patient confidentially.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, patient support, or a related field.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

4. Compassion and Empathy: Ability to provide emotional support and empathy to patients and families.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Medical Terminology: Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital operations.

2. Certification: Certification in customer service, patient support, or a related field.

3. Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages.
