**Job Title: Shop Assistant (Laundry and Dry Cleaning)**

**Position Overview**:
As a Shop Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laundry and dry cleaning shops. You will be responsible for handling customers, managing shop activities, and providing pickup and drop-off services for their dry cleaning items. A bike is mandatory for this role as you will be required to travel for pickups and deliveries. Petrol expenses will be provided by the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and orders in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Manage shop activities, including receiving and tagging garments, processing orders, and ensuring timely completion of services.

3. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using our point-of-sale system.

4. Provide pickup and drop-off services for customers' dry cleaning items using your own bike, ensuring timely and safe delivery.

5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop, including keeping the reception area and workspaces tidy.

6. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels.

7. Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.

8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, at all times.

9. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient shop operations and exceptional customer service.

10. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company to customers and the public.

**Qualifications**:
1. Valid driver's license and a bike in good working condition are mandatory for this role.

2. Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

5. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as part of a team.

6. Flexibility to work during shop hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

7. High school diploma or equivalent.
