**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Opening and closing the office premises
- **Cleaning and maintaining the office**, including floors, desks, meeting rooms, washrooms, and pantry
- Dusting and sanitizing furniture and equipment
- Disposing of garbage and ensuring overall hygiene
- **Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water** to staff and guests as needed
- Delivering and collecting documents within the office or to nearby locations
- Refilling and maintaining cleanliness in pantry and washroom areas
