**Job description**
- Meet Doctors & Pharmacies & taking & fulfilling orders.
- Managing medical sales
- Run a full-cycle sales process, prospecting leads, booking and owning discovery calls, running product demos, negotiating terms, and signing contracts
- Establish credibility and trust with providers and healthcare executives by demonstrating strong business acumen and understanding of clinical workflows
- Test sales motions, pitches, value props, provide feedback on what tactics are most effective, and develop and recommend sales strategies
- Selling the company's medications to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.

**Selection Criteria**
- Preferably Any Science Graduate in (B.Pharma / D.Pharma, B.Sc or related fields)
- Preferred segment: Gynae, Pedia, Chest, Vaccine, Device segment.
- Good communication Skills, Scientific Orientation, with Pleasing personality
- Field savvy with two-wheeler valid license is mandatory.
- healthcare industry plays a crucial role in driving business growth, expanding the organization's client base, and fostering strategic partnerships. This position involves proactive sales efforts, relationship management, and market analysis to achieve revenue targets and enhance the organization's market presence.
