**Urgent Opening for Business Enhancer**
- To work with the Chief Trainer /Coach of the program to understand the program related deliverables and its Process.
- To meet and help entrepreneurs (once every fortnight) to build a robust system within the Entrepreneur’s Organization as trained in the session
- To help Entrepreneur implement the classroom learning inside their organizations and also mentor him to complete the task of every organization.
- To guide their respective entrepreneurs during the sessions of the course.
- To document the discussion and also map the success story during the course of the program

**Desired profile**

1. Strong communication skills
2. Excellent conversation engaging capabilities
3. Should have the aptitude to constantly update self, regarding industry norms especially within the SME (Small & Medium Enterprise) segment. Preferably having worked with entrepreneurs
4. High level of diverse Industry knowledge
5. Should be willing to work long hours and handle high-pressure situations.
6. Excellent oral, written, organization, presentation and independent workload management skills.
7. Preferably ventured into business or self-employed. Should be conversant with more than one industry working
8. Should be updated with the current happenings in the industry
9. Working knowledge as a line trainer for L&D (Learning & Development) is also preferred.
10. Should have been involved in facilitation, training or orientation or coaching session for levels like AVP and above.

Job Location : - Andheri Mumbai

Salary : - Upto 30k Per Month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
