About Us

Konnak Engineering is a growing engineering and consulting company specializing in oil & gas, green energy, and industrial EPC projects. We provide world-class engineering support and digital solutions to global clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Spoolgen Designer to join our team and support piping fabrication drawing development for major oil & gas projects.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop piping isometric drawings for fabrication using Hexagon SmartPlant Spoolgen or similar software.
- Generate shop drawings, cutting plans, and fabrication reports with accurate material details and database..
- Interpret P&IDs, general arrangement drawings, and piping layouts to prepare spool drawings.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards (ASME, API, etc.), and client requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and fabrication teams to resolve design and material issues.
- Support QA/QC documentation for fabrication and erection.
- Maintain revision control and proper documentation of all fabrication drawings.

Key Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in piping isometric drawing preparation for fabrication.
- Strong working knowledge of SmartPlant Spoolgen (mandatory).
- Familiarity with ASME B31.3, B31.1 and piping fabrication practices.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, piping GA drawings, and project specifications.
- Knowledge of material take-offs (MTO) and welding mapping is an advantage.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience
- Projects in oil & gas, petrochemical, or power plant sectors.
- Experience working with EPC companies or fabrication contractors.
- Exposure to offshore or refinery piping projects.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
