**PROFILE SUMMARY**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY**:

- Record financial transactions in the general ledger and ensure proper documentation
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients effectively and efficiently
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments
- Support in the preparation of TDS workbooks and assist in accurate filing of GST returns
- Assist in maintaining accurate and updated financial records by ensuring bookkeeping activities
- Manage financial records, including journal entries, general ledgers, and financial statements
- Reconcile accounts, such as bank statements and vendor accounts for debtors and creditors
- Responsible to raise E-way bills and have an understanding of the E-invoicing process

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Good understanding of accounting concepts and conventions
- Sound knowledge of MS Office tools
- Expert knowledge of Tally
- Analytical mind capable of interpreting data and written information
- Good communication skills with an ability to work on stringent timelines

**ELIGIBILITY**:

- 1.5 - 2 year’s experience
- B. Com/ B. Com (Hons)
- Regular/School of Open Learning

**WORKING DAYS & TIME**:

- Monday to Saturday (10:30 AM - 7:00 PM)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
