**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct complete audiological evaluations and hearing assessments for patients of all age groups.
- Diagnose and manage hearing and balance disorders.
- Counsel patients and their families on test results and treatment options.
- Recommend, fit, and fine-tune hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
- Provide follow-up care, hearing aid trials, and after-sales support.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in audiology and hearing technology.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Audiology / Speech and Hearing.
- **RCI registration** is mandatory.
- 2-5 years of relevant clinical experience preferred (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
- Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
- Compassionate, professional, and service-oriented.
