**Role and Responsibilities**

**Channel Strategy Development**
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to increase audience engagement, subscriber numbers, and overall channel performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and YouTube algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

**Content Planning and Production**
- Collaborate with content creators and production teams to plan, create, and optimize content that resonates with the target audience.

**Audience Engagement**:

- Foster a strong community by actively engaging with viewers through comments, live chats, and other interactive features.
- Analyze audience feedback to continuously improve content and channel experience.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to leadership.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to achieve channel goals.

**Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**:

- Work closely with marketing, social media, and other teams to align YouTube strategies with overall brand goals.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand channel reach and visibility.

**SEO Optimization**:

- Implement SEO best practices to enhance discoverability and ranking of videos on YouTube.
- Stay informed about SEO trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

**Monetization Strategies**:

- Explore and implement monetization opportunities, including partnerships, sponsorships, and ad revenue optimization.

**Requirements skills:

- **
- Proven track record of managing and growing successful YouTube channels
- In-depth knowledge of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and content optimization strategies
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using YouTube Analytics and other relevant tools
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and shareable content ideas
- Familiarity with the latest trends and innovations in the digital content and social media
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
