**Position**: Sales Representative
**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø Document and manage the leads efficiently and in a timely manner using excel to convert them into sales with top tier conversion rate.
Ø Engage with home / business owners based on the leads provided to understand customer needs and to provide them with a custom solar solution to meet their needs.
Ø Schedule site inspection appointment as needed base.
Ø Draft and administer quotes to customers and follow up in a timely manner.
Ø Understand market trend and customer pulse to strategize your sales techniques to combat market dynamics.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in international sales process
- English fluency both verbal and written
- Microsoft Office knowledge with proficiency in excel
- Emotional IQ to be able to take any challenges to opportunity
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to learn, grow and succeed
- Ability to listen and articulate response to the customer
- Desire to be a key contributor to the Fritts teams
