**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- 1. To provide scientific / medical information and conceptualize data for company products.- 2. Develop and maintain in depth knowledge for assigned product(s) by regular self-study of literature.- 3. Preparing and designing medical and scientific dossiers of core products- 4. Design and implement clinical research projects within defined standards and budgets- 5. Deliver scientific presentations and medical education programs to healthcare professionals individually or in groups (RTM meetings, clinical sessions, etc.), where requested.- 6. Review and preparation of promotional material. Ensure the medical/scientific content is correct and fully compliant with internal policies and guidelines.- 7. Provide medical/scientific input into marketing strategy and key commercial initiatives, as required.- 8. Monitor the environment for competitive intelligence (e.g. product strategies, studies, commercial messages, positioning, etc.).- 9. Deliver training to sales forces; develop and update relevant training materials (training manual, strategy guide and presentation).- 10. Develop and maintain good working relationships with existing and emerging Key Opinion Leaders.- 11. Prepare the products write-up as per the stands for the various websites and support online marketing team and consumer query handling.- 12. Provide scientific support to the international marketing team and resolves their query related ADRs and medical affairs.- 13. Working closely with the research and lab department for formulation and innovation of new products and testing their pilot efficacy and adverse effect.- 14. Writing health related awareness article for various newspaper and products related blogs for the company website.- 15. Active participation in pre-budget, budget and cycle meetings.**Educational Qualification**:
