**Key Responsibilities Teaching & Curriculum Development**
- Develop course materials, syllabi, and lesson plans in accordance with the academic curriculum.
- Utilize innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning experiences.
- Supervise student projects, internships, and thesis work.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to students.

**Research & Publications**
- Conduct high-quality research in specialized areas of mechanical engineering.
- Publish research papers in reputed journals and present findings at conferences.
- Secure research funding through grants and collaborations.
- Guide and mentor research scholars and postgraduate students.

**Student Mentorship & Development**
- Provide academic and career guidance to students.
- Support student organizations, clubs, and technical competitions.
- Encourage students to engage in industry projects and hands-on learning experiences.

**Administrative & Professional Development**
- Participate in department meetings, faculty committees, and accreditation processes.
- Engage in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with industry partners for internships, guest lectures, and research projects.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and pedagogy.

**Qualifications & Skills Educational Qualifications**
- Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or a Master’s degree with significant teaching experience.
- Specialization in areas such as Thermal Engineering, Robotics, Manufacturing, Design, or related fields.

**Experience**
- Minimum 2-5years of teaching experience in a reputed college/university.
- Industry experience in mechanical engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven research track record with publications in indexed journals.

**Technical & Soft Skills**
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, software, and tools (e.g., CAD, ANSYS, MATLAB).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
