**Alive Healthcare Private Limited is currently hiring for Inside Sales**

**Job Location : Chennai**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and proposals to close sales.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently communicate features, benefits, and pricing.
- Collaborate with marketing and outside sales teams to support campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Use CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and report performance.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and close deals over the phone or digitally.
- Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-starter with a results-driven attitude.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
