Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Crystal Logistics’ services.
- Identify client needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
- Schedule and conduct field visits to potential clients when required.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies.
- Readiness to travel for field visits as required.
