5. Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.

6. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on banking products and services to effectively promote and sell them to clients.

7. Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

8. Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet sales targets and contribute to the bank's revenue growth.
