**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Min 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Architect, with a track record of successful project implementations.

Strong proficiency in a number of the ServiceNow TMT components, for e.g., ITSM, FSM, TNI, OMT, SPM, TSOM.

Min 10 years’ experience of working with TelCo customers, preferably in the OSS Domain - Service Assurance, Fulfillment, Activation, Plan & Build, OM, Field services Mgmt. Min

experience of 2 Implementations with Now platform - preferably non ITSM. Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integration methods (REST, SOAP), and APIs. Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS), database concepts, and data modeling.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.

ServiceNow certifications are a plus and will be highly valued.
