This is a remote position.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate art and craft curriculum that aligns with educational standards and learning objectives.
- Plan and deliver engaging art lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
- Provide hands-on guidance and instruction in various art techniques, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and crafts.
- Encourage students to think creatively, experiment with different mediums, and express their ideas through artistic projects.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages self-expression and exploration.
- Organize and supervise art and craft activities, workshops, and exhibitions to showcase students' work.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress, growth, and artistic development through assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate art activities into interdisciplinary projects.
- Stay updated on current trends and developments in art education and incorporate innovative teaching methodologies.
- Foster a safe and supportive space for students to express themselves artistically, building their self-confidence and creative skills.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as an Art & Craft Teacher, preferably in an educational setting. Proficiency in various art techniques, mediums, and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students and collaborate with colleagues. Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for teaching art to students of all ages. Ability to adapt lessons to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Organizational skills to plan and manage art supplies, projects, and exhibitions.
