Electrical Maintenance and Production Supervisor

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections of electrical equipment used in feed production, including grinder, conveyors, pumps, mixer and packaging machinery.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and mechanical failures, diagnosing issues and implementing timely repairs to minimize production interruptions.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to prioritize maintenance activities and optimize equipment uptime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in mechanical systems, proposing and implementing solutions as appropriate.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the commissioning and decommissioning of equipment, including installation, testing, and removal as necessary.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Electrical skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Required Knowledge in panel board and Motors 3 phase
- Cabling ,Termination ,Earthing work
- Motor and gear pump knowledge is must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
