Position: TGT Hindi Teacher

**Location**: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh
**Education Requirement**: Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Education (preferably with a specialization in Hindi)
**Experience**: 1-2 years of teaching experience
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Teach Hindi Language and Literature**: Plan and conduct lessons in Hindi language skills, including grammar, writing, reading comprehension, and literature.
- **Lesson Planning and Preparation**: Develop lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards and ensure that materials are engaging and effective.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish a disciplined yet encouraging classroom environment that promotes student learning and participation.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Design and administer tests, assignments, and quizzes to evaluate students' proficiency and understanding of the Hindi language.
- **Language Development**: Help students improve their communication skills, both spoken and written, in Hindi.
- **Parent Interaction**: Regularly communicate students’ progress and any areas of concern to parents or guardians.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with language teaching methodologies and attend workshops, seminars, and training as required.

Skills and Competencies:

- **Proficiency in Hindi**: Strong command over Hindi grammar, vocabulary, literature, and language teaching methods.
- **Effective Communication Skills**: Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students in the learning process.
- **Classroom Management**: Skills to maintain an orderly and conducive learning environment.
- **Assessment Skills**: Ability to evaluate students' language skills accurately.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility in teaching techniques to cater to varied student abilities and learning styles.
