Solidcam Programmer

Key Responsibilities:

- **Programming & Processing**:

- Develop and optimize CNC & VMC programs using Solid CAM or DelCAM (Powermill) for 3, 4, axis machining.
- Ensure efficient processing, tooling fixture, and machine setup for precision manufacturing.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of materials, processes, fixtures, and tooling required for various manufacturing tasks.
- **People Management**:

- Supervise and mentor team members to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications:

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3-4years of experience in CAM programming, with strong proficiency in SolidCAM or DelCAM (Powermill).
- Solid understanding of CNC & VMC machining, material properties, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with 3, 4, axis programming.
- Strong people management and communication skills.
- Die mould experience should be have
- Tooling selection knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
