Trainee IT Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs of electronic and electromechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in PCB boards, sensors, control circuits, and automation systems.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
- Interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.
- Support preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operation of machinery.
- Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance records in proper order.
- Ensure all safety protocols and standards are strictly followed during work.
- Assist mechanical team in fitting, alignment, and mechanical assembly tasks when required.
- Report and document breakdowns and corrective actions taken.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- ITI in Electronics / Electrical (mandatory)
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- **Experience**:

- 0 - 1 years of experience in an industrial environment (manufacturing, plant, or production unit)
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, controllers, PLCs, sensors, and drives.
- Basic mechanical knowledge (gears, bearings, hydraulic and pneumatic systems).
- Ability to use diagnostic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Familiarity with safety standards and industrial protocols.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Team player with effective communication skills

**Working Conditions**:

- Factory/plant environment
- Shift work may be required
- Use of PPE and adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,781.88 - ₹17,000.00 per month
