Job Title**:Language Interpreter (Bengali - English)**

Work Schedule**:5 days a week with 2 rotational offs**

Shift Timings**:Night shifts and 24/7 rotational shifts (including video calls)**

**Salary: Up to ₹45,000 CTC per month 540,000 LPA**(based on interview performance and last drawn salary)

**Job Overview**:
Indian Bengali speakers with excellent English communication skills to join our team as Language Interpreters. This role involves facilitating seamless verbal communication between clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Act as a bridge between two clients:
Client 1: A US or Canada-based English speaker

Client 2: An India-based Bengali speaker

Interpret conversations fluently and accurately between Bengali and English

Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity while conveying messages

Ensure clarity and accuracy in communication to avoid misinterpretation

Handle both voice and video-based interpretation as required

**Eligibility Criteria**:
**Mandatory: Only Indian Bengali speakers with strong English proficiency**
