Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
As a Male Clinical / Marketing Manager in Threos Healthcare, our PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) Clinic, you will be responsible for promoting our clinic's services and establishing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, primarily gynecologists, endocrinologists, and general practitioners. Your role will involve educating healthcare providers about our clinic's specialized PCOS treatment and services, raising awareness about PCOS, and driving walk-in patient referrals to our clinic. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated on the latest developments in PCOS treatment and be knowledgeable about our clinic's offerings to effectively communicate with medical professionals and patients.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Promote Clinic**: Create and execute a strategic plan to increase awareness of our PCOS Clinic's services and establish our clinic as a key player in PCOS management within the medical community.

2. **Build Strong Relationships**: Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with healthcare professionals, including gynecologists, endocrinologists, general practitioners, and other relevant specialists.

3. **Educational Initiatives**: Organize and conduct educational seminars, webinars, and workshops for healthcare professionals to raise awareness about PCOS, its diagnosis, and the latest treatment options available at our clinic.

4. **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the latest research, treatment methods, and medications related to PCOS to effectively communicate with medical professionals and address their queries.

5. **Patient Referrals**: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to encourage patient referrals to our PCOS Clinic, ensuring a smooth and timely referral process.

6. **Data Collection**: Gather and analyze data on competitor clinics and treatment options, helping the clinic management make informed decisions to improve our services and offerings.

7. **Sales and Marketing**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support your educational initiatives and overall marketing efforts.

8. **Attend Conferences**: Represent the PCOS Clinic at relevant medical conferences, symposiums, and events to network with healthcare professionals and identify potential partnership opportunities.

9. **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on your activities, including sales performance, market insights, and challenges faced, to the clinic management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant Field(Science Background)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex medical information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with Doctors
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to plan and execute educational initiatives effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required to attend conferences and meet with medical professionals.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
