Key Responsibilities
- **Graphic Design**: Create visually appealing graphics for various media including print, digital, and social platforms.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- **Project Management**: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and managing priorities effectively.
- **Collaborative Design**: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- **Concept Development**: Develop creative concepts and design layouts based on project briefs and brand objectives.
- **Software Proficiency**: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools to produce high-quality graphics.
- **Feedback Integration**: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve designs.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep designs fresh and innovative.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and versatility.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
