An operation theater (OT) in charge has many responsibilities, including:

- **Managing the OT**: Overseeing the daily operations of the OT, including scheduling, staff management, and coordinating surgical procedures
- **Preparing the OT**: Ensuring the OT is adequately prepared for surgeries with all necessary equipment and supplies
- **Maintaining safety and quality**: Implementing and monitoring adherence to safety standards, policies, and procedures
- **Collaborating with staff**: Working with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize surgical workflows and patient outcomes
- **Managing inventory**: Managing the inventory of surgical instruments, supplies, and medications
- **Maintaining patient records**: Ensuring accurate documentation and patient records are maintained
- **Conducting audits**: Conducting regular audits and inspections of the OT to identify areas for improvement
- **Handling postoperative patients**: Handling postoperative patients in the recovery room and transferring them properly
- **Maintaining a safe working environment**: Maintaining a safe, healthy, and secure working environment
- **Following guidelines**: Following radiation safety guidelines and biomedical waste disposal protocols

Pay: ₹10,935.85 - ₹35,814.70 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:
