Key Responsibilities
- Independently performing the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments.
- Preparing and presenting technical reports, summaries, and protocols
- Provide technical service to support the Home and Personal Care sales team in the South Asia, Middle East, and Africa regions.
- Working closely with other HPC Application & R&D Labs.
- Conducting Process Safety Management (PSM) of new equipment, maintaining SDS & Safety of Lab

**Job Requirements**:

- Academic degree (B.Tech) with 2-3 years of work hands-on experience in detergent, Surfactant, or chemical, preferably in an R&D or technical support role.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proactive and self-starting personality.
- Strong communication skills. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Team player who enjoys working in an international environment.
