Transfer Agent

EXO Edge is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager (Transfer agent) to lead our team of F&A professionals supporting our global client. As a team manager and an expert in AP/AR, R2R, and Bank Reconciliation, you will be working closely with our client’s F&A team supporting day-to-day operations.

In your journey at EXO Edge, you will be:
**Primarily focused on**:

- Maintaining shareholders registers and acting as transfer agent.
- Processing and confirming subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers to include AML/KYC/CDD procedures.

**Fulfilling the below roles and responsibilities**:

- Performing the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge funds and private equity funds.
- Updating Investor records on our transfer agency systems in line with operational procedures.
- Responding in a timely and professional fashion to (investor) requests/queries.
- Processing payments and other transactions; and
- Assisting auditors and other fund participants and advisers.

**Bringing in the below experience**:

- 3+ years of experience required in Financial Services in with Customer/Investor/Client Relations.
- Transfer Agency operational and process knowledge.

**Technically sound in**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc).
