**Job Title: Assistant Manager - Graphic Designer**:
**Position**: Graphic Designer

**Location**: Bangalore

**Experience**: 3+ years

**Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Business, or a related field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the conceptualization, creation, and execution of high-impact **video content** for ads, campaigns, social media, and product launches, including influencer edits, product explainers, reels, and motion graphics.
- Oversee the **entire video production workflow**: scripting, storyboarding, animation, editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics, ensuring all content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Develop **static and digital artwork** (banners, website assets, social posts) to complement video campaigns, maintaining brand aesthetics and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with **performance marketing, product, and brand teams** to produce creative assets that maximize engagement and conversions.
- Mentor and guide **junior designers and video editors**, providing structured feedback to improve team output and quality.
- Manage **project timelines, dependencies, and multi-project creative delivery**, ensuring on-time execution without compromising quality.
- Stay updated on **video trends, motion graphics techniques, AI-based design tools, and competitive creative strategies** to continuously elevate content standards.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in **video editing, motion graphics, and artwork creation**, with demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end.
- Expertise in **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator**, with knowledge of Blender or other 3D tools a plus.
- Strong command of **video fundamentals**: transitions, pacing, animation, typography, sound syncing, and motion graphics.
- Sharp **visual design sense** for both video and static content, with knowledge of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Experience in **AI-assisted design/video tools** and willingness to explore new creative technologies.
- Bonus: Hands-on experience in **photography, videography, or on-set video direction**.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating **video-first campaigns, creative leadership, and high-quality artwork execution**.
