**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain the operation of computers, printers, and other lab equipment.
- Ensure lab rules and policies are followed to maintain a respectful and academic-focused environment.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware and software problems.
- Keep the lab clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., paper, toner).
- Report technical issues or equipment malfunctions to IT support staff.
- Assist in the setup and shutdown of lab equipment daily or during scheduled maintenance.
- Provide guidance to students on the use of educational software, tools, and online resources.
- Keep usage logs, attendance records, and maintenance checklists up to date.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ongoing or completed coursework in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in a computer lab, helpdesk, or IT support environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS, Microsoft Office, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently or with mínimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining equipment and data integrity.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
