**Job Title**: Admin Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative assistance to management and department teams as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure secure storage of company records.
- **Office Coordination**:

- Oversee office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and manage orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Manage meeting room schedules, set up conference calls, and prepare rooms for meetings.
- **Data Entry and Documentation**:

- Enter and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
- Prepare and edit reports, memos, and presentations.
- Ensure that documents are properly archived and easily accessible.
- **Travel and Calendar Management**:

- Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for executives and staff.
- Manage calendars for team members and schedule appointments as required.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and office activities.
- **Customer and Visitor Support**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle inquiries from clients, suppliers, and employees, and route them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
- **Financial Assistance**:

- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking and invoice processing.
- Support the finance team in maintaining records and filing financial documentation.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, office management, or similar position.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- ADMIN: 1 year (preferred)
