Roles and Responsibilities of VTL Operator

Operate and maintain vertical turning lathes (VTLs) to produce high-quality components according to specifications, ensuring efficient production and equipment performance.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Machine Operation
- Set up and operate VTLs for turning, boring, facing, and threading operations.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as necessary to meet quality standards.

2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Report mechanical problems and assist in repairs as needed.

3. Quality Assurance
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.
- Make adjustments to maintain product quality and integrity.

4. Safety and Compliance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

5. Documentation and Communication.
- Record production data accurately.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers salary expect from 10,000
- Minimum 2 years Experience operating VTLs preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
