We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Reception cum Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and callers, representing the company in a professional and courteous manner. You will handle reception duties, manage incoming calls, and assist in administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Provide information about the company's products and services to callers
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service at all times

**Requirements**:

- equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Telecaller is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of interior designing or furnishings industry is a plus
