**Position Overview**:
**Team Environment**:
**Responsibilities**
- **Thirst for learning new technologies and the ability to work with moderate guidance from senior team members**
- **Learn to build cost-effective models and best practices**
- **Work with development teams & business groups to ensure models can be implemented as part of a delivered solution replicable across many clients**
- **Knowledge of fundamentals of machine learning, data mining, and statistical predictive modeling**
- **Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.)**
- **Communicate effectively and collaborate with other team members**
- **Python experience( either academic or professional)**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Bachelors in computer science or a related field**
- **3+ years of experience in data modeling, and business intelligence or masters In Data Science, Statistics, or related field**
- **Strong data science concepts**
- **Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.**
- **AWS experience**
- **Java and SQL knowledge is a plus**
- **A passion for ideas realized in practice**
- **Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment**
- **Good analytical, written, and verbal communication skills**
